Griffin Abee grew up in Greensboro NC and spent a lot of her childhood playing at her parents garden center with her younger brother. She ventured to Asheville after high school in search for more like-minded people, where she discovered and fell in love with the principles around organic food growing and sustainable living practices, that inspired her to buy an acre of land, plant an orchard and build a tiny off-grid home. She now spends her time teaching yoga, edible landscape consulting, commercial mead-making and making the most delicious chocolate truffles.
