In this 2008 study, the general effects of Goji juice are studied for the first time outside of China. Results showed that humans given the goji juice for just two weeks noticed increased ratings for energy level, athletic performance, quality of sleep, ease of awakening, ability to focus on activities, mental acuity, calmness, and feelings of health, contentment, and happiness.
